Our 5:00 p.m. worship service resumes this Sunday, August 17. It is held in the Chapel. The best way to enter is through the main door on Laurel Street closest to the Altria Theatre. There is parking available behind the church (enter off Floyd Avenue) or in the alley between the church and the Altria Theatre. Dinner on August 17 will be a cookout!
During the academic year we gather at Grace and Holy Trinity Church for Sunday worship at 5:00 p.m. A home-cooked dinner is served after worship.
Most Monday nights during the semester at 7:30 p.m. we have “Explore Your Faith” — a discussion group where we talk about issues related to our faith and lives. We also gather Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. for dinner and activities. Join us!
We enjoy other opportunities to learn more about our faith and mission trips, as well as fun events.
Our V.C.U. mission team has returned safely from their very successful mission trip to Belize over the spring break. They opened a new and promising relationship in Belize with Christ the King Anglican School, where they were involved in construction projects to improve the school and education programs and worship with the children and faculty of the school.
Featuring shrimp and grits (prepared by Chef Michael) gumbo, a cake walk and games and jazz we had a great Mardi Gras celebration on March 2. At the 5:00 p.m. worship service the Campus Ministry Belize mission team was commissioned for their upcoming mission trip.
