The mission of Parish Life at Grace & Holy Trinity is to foster an open and hospitable community that strengthens and supports the mission of the church through group activities and the interactions of individuals.
The Parish Life Team
The parish life team offers hospitality through receptions and meals. Mary Sabra Monroe coordinates this group and if you are interested, just contact Barbara Hobson-Simpson at the church office and she will put you in touch.
Young Adults
Member and friends, from age 21 to mid-40s, gather regularly for social events. To learn more and to get signed up to be on the “E-vite List” please contact the Rev. Lauren Kuratko.
Shrine Mont Parish Weekend
GHTC's weekend at the Diocese of Virginia Conference Center, Shrine Mont, will be on October 14-16. Please click here for a registration form. The theme is Spaces for your Spirit. Programs will include all ages and babysitting will be available. For more information please contact the Rev. Lauren Kuratko or the Rev. Michael Cadaret.
The Episcopal Church Women
meet periodically for fellowship, service and informative programs. Contact the church office for the meeting schedule.
Seniors Ministry
Grace and Holy Trinity Church partners with The Shepherd's Center to support "ministry with, by and for Seniors”. The Center offers opportunities for travel, classes and more! GHTC has entered into a partnership with them, advertising their services and also asking for volunteers. Click here to learn how to take advantage of their services and also how to volunteer.
The GHTC Bus
will begin service on Sunday September 18, 2011. Right now we have sufficient volunteers to have a route to and from Westminster Canterbury. Sunday Breakfasts
Sunday Breakfasts are held September to May on Sunday mornings beginning at 9:15 a.m. This time of good food and great fellowship brings together people from all over the metropolitan area. Would you like to be part of the Breakfast Crew? Contact Carl Blackwell.
Foyer Groups
are informal groups which bring together a cross section of members for monthly dinners. The groups may meet in homes or in restaurants and participation is great way to meet new people and make friends. Contact Jane Abbott to learn more.
Volunteer in Ministry
